Growth was stalled because their current structure couldn’t scale to allow them the ability to bring on new associations.
Association effectiveness (new membership programs, event profitability and member renewals) were impossible to measure, drive and report to the Board of Directors because they were unable to access or obtain the data.

The entire software development’s operational activities were handled by a senior project manager with his team of developers and the quality team from Amazech’s offshore operations in India. Data migration from the legacy system to the newer database was the key issue.
